This document explains how LinkedInABox will use the information you provide to us via this Web site or widget box. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our Web site in this location.

General Guidelines
We respect your privacy and will not use your personal information for anything other than providing the services to which you explicitly agree.
LinkedIn Account
- When you log-in to our service with your LinkedIn account details, we then turn to the LinkedIn service (at www.linkedin.com) and retrieve your LinkedIn profile details.
- We do not store your LinkedIn password at any time.
- We keep a cookie generated from first time access to your LinkedIn account. This cookie provides us with a read-only access to your LinkedIn account. We require this access to get updates of your profile.
- When the LinkedIn cookie expires, you will be asked to provide your log-in details again.
Collected Information
- When you register with our service, either through our web site or from our widgets, we keep a copy of your email address, profile and the list of your connections.
- We keep information that is gathered from your browser when you visit our site or use our widgets on other sites. Such information includes IP address, cookie, and the page you request.
- When you post a message, we may keep a record log of the message.
- At any time, you may opt-out of the service entirely by sending a mail to info@linkedinabox.com.
Information Use
- Unless you have chosen to opt-out at registration phase, we will use your email address to notify you of service related information we consider important.
- Unless you have chosen to opt-out at registration phase, we will use your email address for messages sent by other users.
- When you send a message to another user, we use your LinkedIn account to authenticate your identity and supply your public profile URL to the message recipient.
- When you create a widget, we will create a web page for your reference. This page will be accessible for anyone with whom you choose to share the web page address with.
- We use a cookie to automatically display information that is applicable to you. If you choose to delete or disables cookies, you will need to log-in before any action taken with the service.
- When you view another person’s profile (via widget or web site), we may use your profile to display information that relates to the connection between the two of you (i.e. how the two of you relate to each other).
- When you view your own widget, we show you real-time statistics from your LinkedIn account service.
- We may publicly reference websites which make use of our widgets.
- We may provide aggregated statistics for a specific web site such as “55% of the visitors of this web site are from the Internet industry” or “3 visitors of this web site are from your city”.
- We may provide detailed information drill down that will include your public LinkedIn profile, for the purpose of communication in-between users. In such a case, we will ask for your specific permission to do so.
